The goal

I hoped to establish trust and credibility by toeing the line of professionalism,while avoiding the cookie-cutter and template-heavy branding of many of their competitors. By sprinkling in some charm and a touch of appropriate humor, PRIMM and their attorneys could appear confident, despite being such a young firm.

The challenge

WIthout a long track record of success to stand on, it can be tough for a new law firm to gain the trust of potential clients. Especially in such a competitive industry, where you're up against brands with decades of wins under their belts.

The solution

The proper approach.

Sprinkling in some charm.

Maintaing good posture.
